These terms apply to your use of Wi Grow (https://wigrow.widevelop.us), a service of Wi Quality Development LLC, trading as Wi Develop ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Wi Grow, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you register. If you do not agree, do not use Wi Grow.

1. Your account You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your business. Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Keep your password safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for everything done in your workspace, including by team members you invite. One free trial and one free card-check balance are allowed per business. Creating extra accounts to get more is not allowed.
2. What Wi Grow does

Wi Grow's AI agents help you find business leads, write emails, send them from your own mailbox, sort replies and manage meetings and deals. Lead data comes from third-party business-data providers. We do not guarantee how many leads a search will find, that every detail is correct, or any number of replies, meetings or sales.

3. Your responsibilities when contacting people

You decide who to contact and what to send. You must:

follow the email, marketing and data-protection laws that apply to you and to the people you contact, such as CAN-SPAM in the United States, CASL in Canada, the GDPR in the EU and UK, and the data protection laws of the Caribbean countries you work in; have a lawful reason to contact each person, and respect opt-outs: Wi Grow adds an unsubscribe link and your postal address to campaign emails and stops emailing anyone who opts out; not send spam, misleading content, malware or anything illegal, abusive or that infringes someone else's rights; not use lead data for anything other than legitimate business outreach, and not resell it.

We may pause sending, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, sends spam or puts the service or other customers at risk.

4. AI-generated content

AI drafts and suggestions can contain mistakes. Review every message before it is sent. If you switch on an automatic mode, you remain responsible for what it sends within the limits you set.

5. Your mailbox, calendar and other connections

When you connect a mailbox or calendar, you allow Wi Grow to send and read the related emails and to manage meetings on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time. Providers such as Google and Microsoft have their own terms and limits, which also apply.

6. Prices, balance and payments Prices are shown on the pricing page and charged in US dollars. Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates only; your bank converts at its own rate. Taxes are added where required. Pay as you go: you top up a prepaid balance. Leads are charged when they are delivered, at the price of their quality tier, and emails when they are sent. You see the cost before research starts, and you can set a maximum price per lead. Your balance does not expire. Free offers: trial leads and free balance from a card check or a code are promotional. They have no cash value and may expire or be withdrawn if misused. Plans: if you choose a plan, it renews automatically each period until you cancel. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal under their own terms.
7. Refunds

[YOUR REFUND POLICY — suggested:] Unused top-up balance can be refunded on request within 14 days of the top-up; after that, top-ups are not refundable. Leads and emails already delivered or sent are not refunded, except where the law requires it. If a charge is refunded or disputed, the matching balance, leads or credits are removed from your account.

8. Your data

You own the data you put into Wi Grow and the leads delivered to you. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. You can export your leads at any time. After your account closes, we delete your data as described in the Privacy policy.

9. Acceptable use of the service

Do not try to break into, overload, copy or reverse-engineer Wi Grow; get around limits or security; or use it to build a competing database. If you use our API, keep your keys secret and stay within the published limits.

10. Affiliates

Joining the affiliate program is optional and subject to the program terms on the Affiliates page.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep Wi Grow available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party services will always work. We may change or improve features. If a change significantly reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

12. Our responsibility

Wi Grow is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses if a claim against us arises from emails you sent or your breach of these terms.

13. Ending your account

You can stop using Wi Grow and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. Unused promotional balance ends when an account closes.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app. If you keep using Wi Grow after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY OR STATE WHERE WI QUALITY DEVELOPMENT LLC IS REGISTERED]. Disputes go to the courts there, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
