How does pay as you go work?
Top up your balance with any amount from $5. Each email is charged when your mail server accepts it, and each lead when it is delivered, at the price of its quality. There is no subscription and the balance does not expire.
What makes a lead "hot"?
A hot lead closely matches your customer profile (a qualification score of 80 or more) and has a verified business email. Lower-priced leads still match your profile; you choose the highest price you accept before each search.
What currency am I charged in?
Everything is charged in US dollars. Next to each price we also show an approximate amount in your own currency, based on the country you are visiting from (you can pick another currency at the bottom of any page). Your bank converts the charge at its own rate.
What is the difference between leads and usage credits?
A lead is a person delivered to your workspace by research. Usage credits pay for actions such as AI-written emails and email look-ups. They are separate balances and never convert into each other.
Do unused leads and credits roll over?
Leads and credits that come with a plan are for that billing period. Packages bought separately last for the period shown on the package.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel from Billing at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
