Wi Grow https://wigrow.widevelop.us is a sales and lead-generation service operated by Wi Quality Development LLC, trading as Wi Develop ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. Questions: privacy@widevelop.us.

Who this policy covers Customers: people who create a Wi Grow account, and their team members. Visitors: people who use our website, live chat or contact form. Business contacts: people whose work details appear in Wi Grow as leads. A section below explains how we handle their data. Affiliates: people who join our affiliate program. What we collect Account details: your name, email address, business name, password (stored only as a one-way hash), time zone, team role and two-factor settings. Security records: sign-ins, failed sign-ins, password changes and similar events, with the IP address and browser used, to protect your account. Business details you enter: your website address and the public title and description we read from it, your business profile, your ideal customer profiles and your settings. Lead data: company and contact details found for you by our research agent, or imported by you, such as name, job title, company, business email, LinkedIn profile and location. Also the emails you send to and receive from those contacts through Wi Grow. Mailbox and calendar connections: if you connect Gmail, Outlook or Microsoft 365, or another mailbox, we store the access tokens or password encrypted. We use them only to send your emails, read replies to them, and manage the meetings you book. Payment records: what you bought, the amounts, tax and status. Card and PayPal details are entered directly with Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store card numbers. To give the free balance for checking a card, we keep a scrambled code derived from the card, the card brand and its last four digits, so the offer is used once per card. Support and chat: your support tickets, attachments and chat messages, and the email address you leave in the chat. Affiliate details: your website, how you plan to promote Wi Grow, your payout details and the referrals and commissions linked to your link. Website use: the pages you request and basic technical data, such as IP address and browser, in our server logs. We use your country only to show approximate prices in your local currency, either from our hosting provider or from an IP-to-country database kept on our own server. We do not use advertising trackers, and Wi Grow does not track whether people open or click the emails you send. How we use it To provide Wi Grow: find and score leads, draft and send emails you approve, sort replies, book meetings and run your pipeline. To keep accounts and the service secure and prevent abuse, such as misuse of free trials or offers. To bill you, issue receipts and handle refunds and disputes. To answer support requests and chats. To pay affiliate commissions. To send account emails, such as verification, password resets, receipts and important notices. To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

AI processing

Wi Grow's AI agents use OpenAI to draft emails, analyse replies and answer chat questions. We send OpenAI only what each task needs: the business profile fields you allow and the lead fields you select. We never send contacts' email addresses or phone numbers. Requests are sent with storage for training switched off. AI drafts are suggestions: you review and approve what is sent, unless you choose an automatic mode yourself.

Business contacts (leads)

If you are a business contact whose details are in Wi Grow, your work details came from business-data providers or from the Wi Grow customer who imported them. Our customer decides whether and how to contact you, and is responsible for doing so lawfully. Every campaign email carries an unsubscribe link: using it stops all further emails from that customer. To ask us to remove your details from Wi Grow, write to [privacy@widevelop.us]. We will delete them and keep only what is needed to stop them coming back.

How long we keep data Account and business data: while your account is open. After you close it, we delete it within [90] days, except records we must keep. Payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Chat conversations: 90 days, unless you delete them sooner. Research results that were not delivered as leads:180 days. AI request records: 365 days, to control usage and costs. API request logs: 30 days. Leads and emails: until you delete them or close your account. Security

Every business has its own separate workspace. Passwords are hashed; mailbox tokens, API keys and other secrets are encrypted. All traffic uses HTTPS. Two-factor sign-in is available, and administrator actions are logged. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you as the law requires.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict its use, or to take it with you. Laws that may apply include Trinidad and Tobago's Data Protection Act, Jamaica's Data Protection Act 2020, Barbados's Data Protection Act 2019 and, for people in the EU or UK, the GDPR. In Wi Grow you can export and delete your leads, delete chat conversations and change your details. For anything else, email [privacy@widevelop.us]. We will reply within [30] days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies

We use only the cookies Wi Grow needs: to keep you signed in, to protect forms, to remember a currency you choose, and to credit an affiliate who referred you. See our Cookie notice.
